Before Katrina Struck, Michael Brown Warned Bush ‘The Levees Could Actually Breach’Major corporate media outlet headlines on the issue of Bush being warned that levees could breach, or that FEMA had done a trial run on this very issue on the year prior to Katrina, or that the President was getting constant updates along with Michael Chertoff at DHS headquarters on the conditions in the Gulf Region:
